Mary-Pat Soukup (she/her) is the founder and director of Kaldoscope School. She has a masters degree in Child Development, and decades of experience as a teacher, trainer, and director in early childhood programs. Kaleidoscope School has been her passion project since she started it with Robin Anex in 1996. As “director,” she wears many hats, and is a friend to all kids, families, and staff at Kaleidoscope. Mary-Pat was born and raised in Magnolia. She now lives with her wife, Terri, and dog, Cali, in the Ravenna area of Seattle.
